I love the subjects I study, and I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm with the students I tutor. My favorite subjects are literature, language, writing, and history. I can also help with test preparation for the SAT and ACT, and advanced placement exams. I developed my studying and teaching skills through my own academic pursuits. I earned my degree in Mandarin Chinese and Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington. As a recent graduate, I look forward to continuing my work as a tutor. I also studied and worked abroad last year in China. As a part of the Chinese Flagship Program, I gained valuable life experiences. When I am not studying or tutoring, I can be found enjoying jazz music, swing dancing, taking walks with my dog, and trying out new vegan baking recipes.
